pada hari jumat, saya mendapatkan tugas untuk membuat narrative text oleh guru bahasa inggris saya, awalnya saya sempat kebingungan karena saya tidak mempunyai ide untuk membuat narrative text tersebut, tetapi semua berubah ketika saya menemukan sebuah blog tentang game lost saga yang kebetulan saya juga pernah memainkan game tersebut, sehingga saya mendapatkan banyak ide dan inspirasi dari blog dan game tersebut. langsung saja berikut contoh narrative text yang tidak terkenal, jarang diketahui orang, dan tidak mainstream.

The Legend of The Death Knight

Once upon a time, there was a sword knight warrior.  He was very skillful on playing his sword, nobody could beat him, that’s why the other knights didn’t like him. One day, he had a mission and made a long journey far away from his kingdom, and he did It all by himself, because nobody would like to become his friend.  A few weeks later, he had accomplish his mission and return to his kingdom, but when he almost arrived, he saw his kingdom was covered by smoke and fire, he rushed in toward his kingdom to know what was happening, when he arrived, he saw everything has been destroyed, the houses was burnt, his palace was destroyed, and all people including his family was killed.

He was speechless and was only thinking about what had happened. Suddenly he heard a group of horsemen approached him, without saying anything that troops attacked him, he could only parry and dodge. The leader of the troops said "All that comes out of this kingdom must die!" he could not ask anything, because the barrage of attacks he can only parry, until he cornered up to the end of the gorge.

Then the horsemen were stopped and its leader went down and invited him to a duel like a knight. He asked "What is going on here?! Who are you? Why are you suddenly attacking me!" without answering the knight attacked him, they fight fiercely, the knight replied: "You all must die. All people living in this kingdom must die!!! ..." and suddenly the knight bounced and fell down to the ground. He immediately pointed his sword at the knight and said, "What is the reason you kill us? Who are you?" he asked, the horse knight answered: "You have harassed and vilified our people, your people who ask for the war… "The Knight replied.
He was so confused and thought about what had happened while he was not there? When he wanted to ask again, suddenly an arrow hit his right hand, then his defense was open and the horse knight took his sword and stabbed the sword knight’s chest.
The sword knight was shocked and could not do anything, the horse knight drew his sword from the sword knight’s body. The sword knight was trying not to fall down and try to keep conscious. He then immediately swung his sword to the horse knight, but before it hit the horse knight, he got stabbed again by one more arrow, he didn’t realize where the arrow came from.

He was pushed backwards. His consciousness started to vanish and he tried so hard to say: “I will never forget this (groaning painfully)… and said: “IIIIII WIIIIILL KIIIILL YOUUU ALL!!” then he fell down to the gorge and died.

No one noticed there was a witch watched that tragedy.

A few years later, the witch came to the gorge where the sword knight died, that emitted a very strong aura of darkness. The witch was very interested with the power of the aura, and tried to take the darkness power out of the gorge by using some mantras. The witch drew the darkness power but the aura was getting stronger. Unpredictably the witch drew the source of the darkness power. The ground around the gorge was shimming, the stones were rolling down. The witch could not stand any longer to hold the very strong darkness power. The witch ran away for her life to avoid the very strong negative aura that came out from that place.

After a while, there was a knight came out from ground, covered with the darkness aura and held a big sword at his right hand. He used armor and wore a black robe. His eyes was burning and glowering and said: “I will kill you all…. I WILL KILL YOU ALL!!...” and then….

The DEATH KNIGHT was born.
